The shock and devastation of this loss are being felt across all the brands Susan built throughout her life. She was far more than a founder; she was a visionary, a mentor, and a beacon of light whose passion, innovation, and generosity touched countless lives.
For GELIDA, this loss is especially personal. Susan was not only the founder of our company, but also the mother of our CEO, Charles Mills. While we mourn the loss of an extraordinary businesswoman and entrepreneur, we are also grieving the loss of a beloved mother.
A pioneer of holistic wellness for more than four decades, Susan believed that true beauty and wellbeing should work in harmony. Her passion for safer, natural approaches helped shape the future of the aesthetics and wellness industries, and her vision remains at the heart of GELIDA today and will remain as we grow into the future.
As we come to terms with this heartbreaking loss, our team kindly asks for your patience, understanding, and compassion while we navigate this incredibly difficult time.
