Please tell us a little about your clinic and your area of expertise? 

My Clinic is called Dr L’Art Aesthetic Clinic and is located in the heart of London near Covent garden. We carry out a range of treatments including Co2 Laser, injectables, facials, body contouring and anti aging treatments. We are a results driven clinic so it is very important to us that we have the best possible devices to offer our clients. I have a double degree in medicine including a masters in aesthetic medicine. I have trained in the UK, South Korea, and the middle east absorbing knowledge from our most advanced industry leaders. 

What first attracted you to working with GELIDA and its range of professional devices? 

Results are the most important thing for me. Gelida has extensive case studies and proven results with its devices. I love how Gelida is different from other devices by putting patient comfort as a priority along with results. Using advanced technology in a holistic way we are able to achieve great results and preform a treatment I clients love and keep coming back for more. 

Which GELIDA device is your favourite to work with, and why? 

My favourite device would be the Gelida Arctik Cryo 21 because of its versatility. We can perform lifting and tightening facials, fat freezing, cellulite and more with this single device. 

What GELIDA treatment do your clients ask for most often – and what do they love about it? 

Our most popular treatment would be fat freezing. Clients love the results and also the process of the treatment. Other fat freezing devices use suction and clients find that painful and we are also limited with the areas you can treat with a device like that. With Gelida Cryo we perform the fat freezing over a number of treatments that are always comfortable and pleasant and we can target fat in any area or contour without restriction.  

Do you have a personal favourite GELIDA treatment to perform, and what makes it stand out to you? 

I know my therapists love performing the EMS treatment. They often combine this treatment with a facial so we are treating body and face at the same time. It has to be the most efficient device we have!

What advice would you give to other clinics considering introducing GELIDA technology into their practice? 

Your clients are going to love their Gelida treatments. The holistic approach means that clients will enjoy having the treatment as much as their results. The versatility and low consumable cost makes it a great investment for any clinic.  

Are there any standout client success stories you’ve seen with GELIDA treatments that you’re proud of? 

I have one client in particular that comes to mind. She is young and very active and takes a lot of pride in her appearance. She would spend a lot of time at the gym but was still struggling with some stubborn areas particularly on her stomach. After a course of cryo and EMS we had treated her area of concern and watching her go from being self conscious about her stomach to super confident and buying new bikinis for her holiday was definitely a proud moment. Providing treatments that give people confidence is why I do my job and love it so much.

How important is innovation and device quality in your clinic, and how does GELIDA align with that? 

Device quality is so important for any clinic. When you have a diary full of back to back clients you need a device that is reliable and can perform. We have had our Gelida devices running all day and the first treatment is just as effective as the last. As a doctor I will only recommend treatments that I truly believe in to my patients.  

Finally, what’s one skincare or treatment tip you always share with your clients? 

SPF! SPF! SPF! SPF is your anti-aging treatment in a bottle. We also encourage clients to do regular clinical facials where we can really target and improve their skin.
