Celebrity fashion designer Karen Millen OBE was recently interviewed by OK Magazine and gave some very insightful advice in the interview and very kindly gave a shout out to Gelida and our treatments. Thank you Karen. Your story is truly inspirational.

On Confidence:

“Confidence comes from within. For me, it’s about looking after myself and making sure that I’m fit and healthy. I think it’s important to do what makes you feel good. If you’re looking and feeling good, you come across as being more confident in anything you do,”

On the Importance of Wellness:

“To be a successful woman or a woman in a powerful position you’ve got to look after yourself, especially as you get older. When you’re younger you think you’ll look the same forever – sadly you don’t. I recently went for a couple of treatments by wellness company Gelida who use cryotherapy technology and would be interested to try a few more of those. I also train twice a week.
